Oilcloth is a printed vinyl, therefore minor imperfections such as squiggles and offset printing are possible, and will not affect the quality of the material.

$300 minimum opening order, all of which must be BLANK stock, no monogramming.
$100 minimum reorder. All items must be ordered in 2ís per style/color

Requirements of a Wholesaler: We expect that if you are reselling SJO that you will retail them at or above the MSRP, which is twice the wholesale cost and in a professional retail environment. We do not allow customers to sell SJO products where it is not a professional appearance. SJO has the right to enforce this rule on a case by case situation. As a SJO customer, you are welcome to use our photos off of our website.
If you are ordering on the website and you enter a quantity of 1, you will be shipped and billed for 2,
as 2 is the minimum per item/per color. NO monogram order will be taken over the phone, they must be in writing (email or website).
In stock orders ship same day. For backorder items, it is usually a 1 - 2 week turnaround time. In peak seasons, it can be up to 3-4 weeks. Delivery time for custom items will vary and we will notify you of an expected ship date. All of our items come lined with a cute, coordinating Oilcloth pattern that will vary from product to product & color to color. We promise we will not ship you something that is UGLY, that is unless you custom ordered it. If you would like a specific inside pattern on your items, you may place a custom order for these with minimum quantity per color/pattern per item. Some items are as low as 12 pieces and others are 36 pieces, please contact us if you are interested.
Every item is NOT available in every pattern & color.
Please reference our brochure OR the website, www.sjoilcloth.com, to see what is a stock item. IF it is NOT listed on either, it is a CUSTOM item. We do offer custom items, but have a minimum 12 pieces exactly the same color, pattern etc. & a 4 week lead time. Please feel free to show the color options to your customers & try to stick with what is available as a STOCK item. Custom orders require a 50% down payment when order is placed and then the remainder when it is ready to ship.
All orders ship PREPAID via credit card and only and via USPS priority mail or Fed Ex Ground. You will only be charged for the shipping amount. We only charge you what we ship, we will NOT charge you for items that are on backorder until they ship.

Returns - We do allow returns of non personalized items if we are notified within 2 days of you receiving your order.
You will be refunded the amount of the items, minus a 25% restocking fee once the items are received.
